Wensy Wong
Registered Massage Therapist
Neurokinetic Therapy
Anatomy in Motion
I was always certain of two things: I want to help people better themselves and, through my work, help them realize their potential. Whether I was working in the fitness, rehabilitative, or beauty and makeup industry, I felt most fulfilled when I was able to help clients build confidence in themselves and their abilities. Drawing on my skills and experience in these industries, and having an affinity to working with my hands, I made the leap to become a manual therapist, and have loved every moment since.
You don’t have to live with pain
Everyone experiences pain at some point and it can be debilitating. I started experiencing pain from occupational demands in my early adulthood. Pain became a part of my life and I thought it was normal. As I incorporated more fitness and sports, new injuries surfaced and they compounded over time. I found out through my work as a massage therapist, this was due to postural compensations, poor body awareness and movement patterns. Whether you’re experiencing pain or limitations from post-surgery, occupational demands, sport injuries, don’t let a minor setback deter you from a major comeback!
My Approach
Being attentive, patient, and understanding to clients’ needs carries over to building a great practice today. Clients may have similar symptoms but the underlying issues are distinctive of one another. This is why I don’t rely on cookie-cutter methods when treating clients, rather my approach focuses on the global picture of symptoms, compensations, and history being presented. This allows me to cultivate a more effective treatment. My treatment approach is to help you feel better, recover faster, restore function, improve movement patterns and continue with injury prevention. My integrated treatment approach comprises of, but is not limited to, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, medical acupuncture, movement assessment, and Rocktape.
After-hours
When I’m not treating clients, I love to explore movement-based training and teaching yoga. I make a conscious effort to strive for growth and resilience in my practice. Having worked years in rehabilitative clinics, I see value in combining the experience and knowledge of practitioners in various disciplines. I take courses, workshops, and seminars across North America, as I am committed to continue my journey to provide my clients with the best treatment possible.

Phil Robins

Hi, I’m Phil! I provide therapy to couples and individual adults.
In my work with couples, I help them break harmful patterns and move toward relationship health in order to function as a team, giving them the best chance when taking on whatever issues life throws their way. This approach is highly effective for moving through, and past, experiences such as poor communication, infidelity, lack of intimacy, and parenting issues.
For individual clients, I can help with issues such as anger, depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties, and increase mental and emotional wellness. I have a particular focus on men who have challenges with anger and interpersonal issues.
I am a Registered Social Worker and have a Master’s Degree in Social Work. I am trained in the Relational Life Therapy model for work with couples, individuals, and parents, as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Solution Focused practice.
I will listen and respond with care, honesty and respect, and support people to make meaningful change. On a personal level, my wife and I have three teenage children, and I will not shy away from talking about what has worked well for me in my own family, if I think my clients will benefit from it.
